Friday October 13
- 8:30-9:30am Breakfast for Retreat Participants
- 10:00am – 3:00pm Clergy/Lay Preachers/Council Retreat - time to check in about our ministries and how we are doing, pray together, and discern a bit about our Conference’s future.
- 5:30 pm Banquet Dinner for Annual Meeting Participants
- 6:30-8:00pm Evening Program including Eagle Feather Dance Group, and time for check-ins from our churches
Saturday October 14
- 7:30 - 8:45am Hot Breakfast
- 9:00am – 12:00pm Worship/Business Meeting/State of the Conference/Keynote. Discussion and Vote on By-laws Revisions and Proposed Resolution
- 12:00 - 1:00pm Lunch
- 1:00 – 3:00pm Visioning the Future of the Northern Plains Conference –“From What IS to What IF…..?”
- 3:00pm Closing Worship and Communion
