Bids are accepted from October 11 - 25, 2020. To make a bid, click the photo of the basket of your choice and email us your name, the basket name, and bid amount.

The highest bid amount is updated daily M-F. Highest bid amounts are not updated on the weekends, but you can still bid any time. So bid high on the weekends, because the highest bid might be higher than listed! Winners will be contacted the week of October 25.

Winning bidders can pick up their baskets on Saturday, Oct. 31 from 9am - 12 noon or schedule a pick-up day and time. Payment can be made by check or cash when the baskets are picked up.

You don't have to win or even bid to support Charles Hall Youth and Family Services (CHYFS)! Donations can be made to CHYFS by donating through Bismarck UCC's paypal platform or by mailing/dropping a check off at the church office with "CHYFS" in the memo.

*As of Saturday, October 24, 2020, CHYFS is closing its residential program due to major funding shortages in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Although the residential program is closing, CHYFS will continue to operate with limited staff as they research new programming opportunities. The Silent Auction for CHYFS is continuing as planned and will assist with finding new placements for youth and fulfilling financial obligations to staff. Official Press Release.
